White Chocolate Icing

This is Cammi's white chocolate icing recipe that she uses with her chocolate cake to rave reviews.  She says if you put the cake in the refrigerator, the icing goes very firm. She prefers it at room temperature because it cuts better, but it works from the fridge too. White chocolate.  It's extremely decadent!

White Chocolate Icing

1 1/2   cups soft butter (regular)
1/2      cup  icing sugar
8         oz    white chocolate (Belgian) melted but cool
1/2      tsp   vanilla

Cream butter and icing sugar; add melted chocolate in slow steady stream; add vanilla.
